RE-ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL AID ELIGIBILITY

Regaining Eligibility Without An Appeal

A student who is ineligible to receive financial aid due to failure to meet the standards of satisfactory academic progress may regain his or her eligibility in one of the following ways:

Students who were denied because their grade point average did not meet the minimum standard and have taken additional courses to bring their grade point average up to the minimum standard.

Students who were denied because they failed to earn the required minimum number of hours due to incomplete grades and now have earned those hours to meet the maximum number for that period of enrollment.

Students who believe they have met one of these requirements to have their financial aid reinstated must contact the Division of Student Financial Assistance as this office will not monitor this information.
